Domaine Bellelauze

"Domaine Bellelauze is situated approx. 30 kilometers from Carcassonne and maybe 5 km from Limoux. If Cathar castles are reason for your visit to region than you are at the right address. Be carefull if you have fancy sport car because last 2 km of road is not paved and in pretty bad condition. ||Montsegur, Peyrpertuse, Puivert and Queribus are easy reachable from there. Especially Puivert and Montsegur are close to Domain which is farm with approx. 10 basic guest rooms with basic furniture. There is also place to improve cleanliness but it is not dirty. Domaine has two main attractions. First is big pool and it is really nice for refreshment after whole day of exploring of castles and history of region. Second but in reality the main attraction is hospitality of owners and the whole family. You can find unique spirit and really special atmosphere and therefore you would like to visit this place again. Diner is homemade and very tasteful, on the other hand we find price a little bit high – check before you order. On the whole, we were able to find friends there and this is priceless."
