I rescheduled with him , but on the day of he never showed up to the rescheduled appointment and never picked up the phone or returned my calls. I would have appreciated, a simple I can not make it versus nothing at all. Everyone's time is precious and it's basic respect. Will not be dealing with them again. Very unprofessional"
