"Update: The business is open, apparently, but it is only possible to go by appointment. I walked there in hopes, it was just open as I was in town on vacation and only had a little bit of time. My mistake! Changing to 3 stars because business reply could have been polite. Good energy and good service go hand in hand. I’m glad I found another place to fix my nails. So just be aware of that. This business should respect people’s time. If you operate by appointment only, post it on your google profile. Make it clear so customers don’t only see “open” and try to walk by. And if there’s a misunderstanding, I can easily update the review but now I think it is equally important for people to see the rudeness and accusations. Polite customer service goes a long way. No customer needs to know a thousand ways to track a business or that business’s personal schedule. You could always post that as well, if you expect the general public to know. I just don’t want others taking time from their day, like I did, to pop over for a quick nail emergency. It’s frustrating and a waste of time."
