"Same as most DIY shops could do with a bit more stock ie windows doors but other than that all good"
"Very very nice staff friendly and helpful and attentive. If you are lost they don’t just show you the rayon but try to help you in finding the right product. Very rare thing"
"Refused to accept return of items ordered on line without an appointment. Since we live 45 km from the shop, and the website says to simply return items to your nearest shop,I find it unacceptable that even the shop manager refused my request. NOT IMPRESSED. Reply received this afternoon seems to imply that my visit was during the confinement period. This is NOT the case - in fact, it was on Monday 3 May. Also, there was no scope for misunderstanding- all that I was asking for was a simple return / reimbursement."
"Really great store puts the UK DIY stores to shame friendly and helpful staff well worth a visit"
"Love it here! They have a large selection of items and the prices are great! They have anything you need for the home!"
