A1 isolation - Varennes

"I used A1 Isolation to fix and an issue we had in the garage attic. I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with not only the product (Purple Polyurethane Foam), but the professionalism of the company. Solid guys; very nice and efficient. I've already recommended them to friends and family. The fact that they travelled all the way to Vaudreuil speaks volumes about this company. We called David who initiated a visit right away, and sent Yves to do an inspection and provide an estimate. When Yves arrived, he went into the attic and pointed out our issue and what A1 could do to fix it. He also provided us with photos so that we knew exactly what was going on. Yves also pointed out an important misalignment of a fan vent that wasn't leading outside which would help us avoid issues in the future. Without hesitation we called back Yves to book an appointment. They arrived on time, and completed and excellent job overall! I'm deeply impressed by their work. Overall, this was an excellent experience with A1."

"Nous avons eu une évaluation super honnête de cette compagnie après qu’une autre compagnie nous ait fait une soumission d’environ 4 000$ avec du porte à porte! On m’a expliqué les quelques petits travaux à faire par moi-même pour améliorer la ventilation de mon toi! Pour l’honnêteté, recommande fortement!"

"Quelques correctifs à faire suite aux travaux initiaux. Manque de cellulose à 3 endroits au plafond du sous-sol. Me disent qu’ils vont essayer de scheduler un rendez vous pendant 6-7 semaines pour finalement s’excuser de ne pas pouvoir venir. Me propose un arrangement de 100$ pour que je termine les travaux par moi même. Eurethane mal appliqué sur la solive de rive. Trou visible dans l’isolant et courant d’air dans l’entre-plafond. Service après-vente très médiocre. M’exige le paiement final car pour eux, 98% de la job a été faite. Je ne recommande vraiment pas. Semble avoir trop d’ouvrage versus la main d’œuvre qu’il a sous la main. Le service après vente s’en trouve affecter."
