SOPHIE FOLLEY IMMOBILIER

"I have now completed two house sales with Susanne. The experience was perfect from start to finish. The marketing, showings ( There were few because both sold right away) and process of selling was seamless. Susanne and Dominique are a very professional team. There was absolutely no drama. Documents were explained thoroughly and completely. They were great at arranging inspections for us when we had trouble obtaining them ourselves. I am sorry to leave the area now because the realtors at this office have become friends. I could not be more satisfied than I am. Thank you for two amazing home sales!"

"We bought the house through Sophie Folley some years ago. Very satisfied then, the agency was the obvious choice when we decided to sell and buy a better house nearby. Buying the new house through a different agency, we were chocked by the difference in quality. Sophie Folley will be our choice of agency every time!"

"I cannot praise this company enough for all their assistance with the sale of my home and suggest to anyone who has “ tried the rest to now use the best!” Ruby has gone out of her way to assist in every way to make me a happy seller. The biggest Thank You."

"Very good experienced and professional Estate agent which I highly recommend. Selling our French property the team smoothed the path for what potentially could have been a stressful experience. Nothing was to much trouble, always available to give and help in anyway they could. Their knowledge of the vagaries of French house selling justifiably gave us great confidence. Matt and Susanne were superb."

"Highly recommended We popped in to discuss selling our house and Susanne was excellent right from day 1. Well informed on prices and timescales. The sale went through without a hitch at the price and time she initially suggested. As we were doing everything remotely the fact that Susanne kept us fully informed at every step of the way gave us peace of mind throughout."
