"I read some negative reviews and was prepared. However, the hotel met with my humble expectation and my short stay. The reception was efficient. The room was tiny but functional and clean. The breakfast was simple but good. I could ask for coffee refill. The owner is able to speak some Thai. He is helpful and cordial. I like the small balcony of my room (no 19) on the ground floor. The AC in the room was working perfectly and noiselessly. From the hotel, one walks down the paved road to the beach easily (it takes some 10 minutes for slow walk downhill). And, if you feel like you can climb uphill via the dirt track along side the paved ways. The hotel is next to a big open square. Parking is adequate. There is a market on Thursday mornings."

"Great location, with plenty of free parking. Only a few minutes from the lake and lake view rooms have a nice view of the lake. Bars and restaurants are literally just outside the hotel. The room is very basic, but does the job if you're only staying for a night or 2."

"From our lakeside room, we had limited view of the lake. At check in, we were told of the duration of hot water supply. I like the placement of the rack in the bathroom. The toilet seat is uncomfortable.|It is dim in the area where the bunk bed is placed."

"We stayed here two nights and thought it was excellent value. Although the rooms are on the small size as was the bathroom, our room had a balcony overlooking the lake which was an incredible view. The hotel is in walking distance of the lake shore and easy driving distance to other nearby attractions. The manager was very helpful. We took the breakfast one morning and that is not worth the money, but otherwise no complaints. Easy parking close by. The village has a selection of good restaurants plus a very knowledgeable lady in the Tourist Office."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we had just planned to go to Verdon for the Sea and Rock climbing. Its a great place for 3-4 nights before you wish the room was a bit more comfy. But it's perfect for anyone or any couples travelling there or are passing on the way through. We didnt spend much time in the room so it was perfect. The breakfast could have been a bit better or have more variations but for the price, can't complain. It's close to all the restaurants and the beach is 100 meters away after a fairly steep walk (ca 10 minutes). Very friendly service!!! Thank you and hope to stay there again sometime. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Verdon Lake and as a tip - great rock climbing areas here!! The tourism office is also a great place for information! For a little extra you can also use the kitchenette - but we'd suggest taking a bottle opener for the great wine!"
