Bati-Lux

"My project consists of exterior façade works (insulation with rockwool on part of the house and repair of the façade on the rest), replacement of terrace doors and repair of balcony that was leaking water. On top, the house is a protected building, hence certain materials and execution style had to be respected. I spent around one year looking for a company that would inspire trust. After having multiple cases within my circle of friends of companies that went bankrupt in the middle of the works, I was very cautious on selecting the company. Batilux inspired trust from the moment I shook hands with Mr. Atalar. I could immediately recognize someone that puts passion in his work and wants to have satisfied customers + knows how to run a business. I am very pleased with the way the works were done, from the way the moment the scaffolding was setup to how clean they left the work place at the end of each day. The team is professional, you can see they know what they are doing and that they enjoy it. Always careful on the details, the Batilux team delivered exceptionally. Being a protected building, certain regulations had to be respected and Batilux was always there to adapt to new requests from authorities or myself. I cannot recommend enough this company and how happy I am with the result. I am mentioning it to any of my friends that have in plan constructions works in the future."

"Project started and took longer than expected (fairly normal), but the quality was very good. The on-site team were fantastic and very diligent."

"Bati-Lux s'est occupé de la rénovation de ma maison, que ce soit l'aménagement des combles en suite parentale, la création d'une extension, la remise en état de la façade...De plus, ils ont démoli les cheminées que nous avions du grenier à la cave pour gagner de l'espace, bref ils ont tout géré de A à Z et tout ça alors que nous étions dans la maison ! Je recommande à 200% cette entreprise hyper pro avec un tarif plus que compétitif !"
