Brico Dépôt

"A great hardware store with a huge variety of goods. Reasonable prices and the staff were pleasant and helpful especially our cashier, the lady at reception and a young salesman. Highly recommended."

"Arrived Sunday morning to select 3 x large fence panels which were on a raised 'shelf' ... Nobody in the outside depot, so spoke to the cashier to see if somebody could help me lift down the panels......... told it was not a problem and she called someone to help. Guy arrived on forklift and repeatedly told me it was 'self service' and that it was not his job to help ?! I explained that it was impossible for me and that I had been advised 'someone' would assist me .... guy was clearly annoyed, rude and grabbed a panel and almost threw it into my trailer moaning that he had a bad back ........ I asked if he would help me with the remaining two panels as I also have a bad back and being some 15+ years older than he needed some help. Guy jumped down from forklift and marched up to me agressively asking if I had a 'problem' ....... I said the only problem was 'himself and his attitude' and suggested that if he didn't like his job he should look elsewhere and that his aggressive appoach was a mistake. What a thoroughly unpleasant, rude, confrontational, little man .....he is a real discredit to your business !"

"DIY shop that carries products for home projects. Good prices. Now (Feb 22) with Lyf "scan and go". If you know Screwfix in the UK - same owners."

"I love this Depot... It's MY go to place For tools and materials in Gaillac. Excellent attention by people who know their business"

"Good product ranges at reasonable prices. The in store service was a bit slow."
