"Worst client service I’ve ever seen in my life. And worst DPD Point Relay too. There’s a receipt showing my package was delivered there. A big and heavy box. Went there twice, they can’t find it. They promised to call me, but didn’t. When I call to ask if there are news they refuse any help by phone and tell me I have to go there again. DON’T use their services if you have a choice. It’s a huge mess, undelivered packages are spread all over the place and clients of their other business can access any many of those packages that are spread all over the place."

"Cela fait des années que je choisis ce point relais sans jamais avoir rencontré le moindre problème. Il m’est difficile de comprendre les commentaires négatifs, j’ai toujours été bien accueillie. S’il y a du monde et bien j’attends comme on le fait partout."
